Account Manager

As an Account Manager at GIAM, you’ll be the bridge between our powerful solutions and the customers who benefit from them. You’ll maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and see measurable value in our tools. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align clients’ needs with our offerings, ultimately contributing to GIAM’s mission of accessible enterprise software for all.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and offer product guidance.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and growth within your portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
